Elite Pitching Sessions, Ages 12-15
These classes are designed to inspire dedicated athletes (ages 12-15) to improve their baseball skills throughout the year. Each class is intended for pitchers who wish to take their skills to the next level. The sessions will last for 5 weeks and will run from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. Cost is $109 per session
These classes will be instructed by one of Champions’ Instructors. The program will cover the following:
- Throwing Mechanics
- Stretching and Wind- Up
- Pitching Fielding Practice (PFP)
- Stretching and Strengthening
