Girl’s Summer Softball Camp
Ages 7-13

9am-12p
June 18 and 19th, 2024 AND
July 17 and 18th, 2024

Taught by our team of expert coaches with years of collegiate and professional playing and coaching experience, our spring softball camp provides the most complete and individualized instruction available in the game today. Our camp curriculum is designed give our softball players everything they need to fundamentally succeed. Players, ages 7-13 are invited to participate. The following topics are included:

	Hitting Proper mechanics, mental approach, plate discipline,  bunting and situational hitting
	Base Running Primary and secondary leads, jumps, steal keys, situational rules, sliding techniques
	Fielding Proper mechanics, footwork, defensive positioning, infield/outfield communication, cutoff and relays
	Athleticism Increase speed/agility, build explosive power, increase endurance, learn injury prevention techniques
