THIS CAMP INCLUDES VIDEO ANALYSIS AND A PIZZA PARTY THE LAST DAY OF THE CAMP FROM LAROSA’S.
Taught by our team of expert coaches with years of collegiate and professional playing and coaching experience, our summer baseball camps provide the most complete and individualized instruction available in the game today. Our camp curriculum is designed give our baseball players everything they need to fundamentally succeed. Players, ages 7-13 are invited to participate. The following topics are included:

Hitting Proper mechanics, mental approach, plate discipline, bunting and situational hitting |

Pitching Proper mechanics, warm-up routines, throwing programs, on-field drills, mental approach |

Base Running Primary and secondary leads, jumps, steal keys, situational rules, sliding techniques |

FieldingProper mechanics, footwork, defensive positioning, infield/outfield communication, cutoff and relays |

Athleticism Increase speed/agility, build explosive power, increase endurance, learn injury prevention techniques |
