Power Bats-Take Hitting to the Next Level!
10-session hitting program, specifically designed to improve exit velocity, bat speed, and quality at-bats. Players will use overload and underload training, various bat weights, plyo balls, and targeted hitting drills to build a faster, more powerful and consistent swing.
Improve barrel control, contact quality, and the ability to consistently drive the baseball with authority.
